Version 2.2.0 - Summon Balance Changes


Hey everyone, I hope you are having fun exploring the decks!

This update is focused primarily around balancing out the summon cards by changing their behaviour, to hopefully make them less powerful!



Version 2.2.0 includes the following changes:

  • Artists clay has become a summon card, meaning one Artist's Clay can only duplicate one summon at a time
  • Enemies will no longer attack Summons by default, but prioritize attacking the player, unless a "target" summon exists
  • Enemies will now attack any summon card that attacks them in retaliation
  • Cripple has been renamed to Blight
  • The Weaken status effect has moved to a standard status effect icon on enemy cards, to reduce UI clutter
  • The number of Shop cards in each deck has increased
  • Card details are now hidden by default, unless a card is being viewed in large mode
  • Shops and Lucky Draw cards will more effectively spread out their cards on the table
  • The UI titles for the Shop and Lucky Draw have been removed to reduce UI clutter
  • When enemy cards are damaged, they are pushed across the table slightly
  • The Third Hand card now gives 2 bonus moves instead of 3
  • Enemy cards sent to the graveyard are no longer stored in an effort to reduce memory usage
  • Unique particle effects added for weapon cards
