Fixes in version 2.0.7:
- Fixes game crash when summon tries to attack a shielded enemy, after just killing a second enemy
- Adds fix for game not appearing on taskbar
- Adds "Requires a Bow" to Ethereal Arrow card
- Improves feedback from shop around when you can sell cards
