I've pushed through a small update with some bugfixes and quality of life changes:

• Fixed the tethered bow to now also shoot arrows from the player's hand
• Coins are now correctly counted when beating a boss
• Buffed fire and poison effect cards
• Fixed bug with enemies not properly displaying in darkness rounds
• Reduced amount of gold earned
• Fixed bug with bows shooting non-arrow cards

I have also disabled the in-game music, until I can make some that isn't as annoying...
